Karavopetra beaches is an area of a group of small pebble beaches between Paleochora and Grammeno beach in southwest Crete, Chania prefecture. Is located 2 km west of Paleochora and very close to the road who leads to Koundoura village.

Paleochora: Plakaki Beach
Grammeno is a area with 2 beaches at the region of Koundoura area southwets Crete, Chania Prefecture, 5km west from Paleochora.There are a lot of cedars trees there, so there is shadow in some points.
Grammeno is a small peninsula with 2 beaches on the eastern and western side. The eastern beach (also known as Alonaki Beach) has pebbles and the western is a sandy one.
In the beach are realised sea sports, as well as in her wider space become rentings of cars, motorcycles, bicycles and exist hotels and rented rooms.
