Προφήτης Ηλίας

Το σπήλαιο Κουφαγρέλι.
Βρίσκεται στο βόρειο τμήμα του νησιού, 3 ν. μίλια περίπου δυτικά του λιμανιού του Πανόρμου, μεταξύ των ακρωτηρίων Παριανού και Δόρδιας, όπου σχηματίζεται ορμίσκος. Στο βάθος του ορμίσκου και στην τοποθεσία Κουφαγρέλι κείται το σπήλαιο βάθους 6 μ. περίπου.

Panormos or Pyrgosis the biggest village of the island of Tinos and one of the greenest in Cyclades complex. The village’s long course in marble sculpture is mirrored in its wide use in the domestic and public constructions. Pyrgos is the home-town of many distinguished sculptors and of the famous painter Nikolaos Lutras. The village hosts the Fine Arts School of Marble Sculpture (founded on 1955), the Museum of Artists from Panormos and a significant number of marble workshops.
