There are only two village on the island of Hydra, in Greece. The main town and the little village of Kaminia. There is also a place called Vlichos which has a few house but the main attraction of the place is the beach. Beaches are not the main attraction of Hydra and are maybe its only negative point. The main bathing areas are situated over the rocky coastline, between the harbour and Kaminia. A very few spots can be qualified as real beaches since they are usually composed of pebble. Nevertheless, the water is always crystal-clear and has an amazing colour. Hydra
