The Municipal District of Garipas is today made up of the village of the same name, and another settlement; the village Drapeti. In the past, in the place of the current village, existed two settlements; Pano and Kato Garipas, as well as a village that today has disappeared, named Katsikali.
In the rearrangement of the countryside that was attempted by the last Venizelos government of 1928, Katsikali belonged to the community of Kalyvia up until 1940, when finally it was included in the community of Garipas. A unique remnant of the village today is its name. The villagers in any case remember that the building materials of Katsikali were transported to the surrounded villages and mainly in Garipa to be used again.

Archeological Site of Castellos
Inside the Belvedere castle on the hill Kastellos, there are three small single – aisled churches among the ruins of the castle. They are saved in a relatively good condition. Based on the fragmented frescoes they date back to the 14th or 15th century.
Near the entrance of the castle lies the church of the Presentation of Virgin Mary, which was built in two phases. Its wall decoration is better preserved in the newest part on the west and dates back to the second half of the 14th century. Some fragments of the wall paintings from the small church of Saint Anastasia in the southwestern part of the fort come from the same period. This small church was built on the ruins of two ancient reservoirs.
In the northwestern part of the Belvedere castle, the church of the Assumption also has a very damaged pictorial decoration, which was painted in 1467 by the painter George Pelegris according to a preserved inscription.
Ini village, the large and quite lively kefalochori (main village) of this municipality, is found in a privileged position on a fertile plain, raised in between the splintered paths of a river and easily distinguished by the tall rocky hills found in the north. It is roughly thirteen kilometres from Arkalochori in the road axis; Arkalochori - Mousouta - Poulies - Monastiraki - Ini - Skinias.

Southeast of the settlement of Ini, in the area of Panagia Kera, where there is the old dam of Ini, lies a watermill, the so-called “Mesa Mylos” The mill is reported to have been built in the early 19th century at the site of an already existing mill called “Mill of the City”. It probably refers to the ancient city of Arcadia, the remnants of which have been brought to light by recent archaeological excavations.
Στεγάζεται σε παραδοσιακή οικία στο κέντρο του οικισμού του Ινίου, όπου λειτουργεί το μουσείο από το 2010. Αποτελεί δωρεά του ποιητή Χριστόφορου Λιοντάκη και είναι αφιερωμένο στη μνήμη των γονιών του, Ιωάννη και Αριστέας Λιοντάκη. Η ίδρυσή του, προέκυψε μέσα από τη συνεργασία του Πολιτιστικού Συλλόγου του χωριού και του Δήμου Αρκαλοχωρίου.
Οι εκθεσιακοί χώροι του Μουσείου εκτείνονται σε δύο αίθουσες και περιλαμβάνουν κυρίως αντικείμενα της καθημερινής ζωής και της λαϊκής τέχνης. Στο ισόγειο, εκτίθενται οικιακά σκεύη, γεωργικά και υφαντικά εργαλεία, καθώς και ένας αργαλειός πλήρως λειτουργικός. Επίσης, παρουσιάζονται υφαντά και τοπικές ενδυμασίες. Στη δεύτερη αίθουσα που καταλαμβάνει τον οντά, έχει στηθεί η κρεβατοκάμαρα του αγροτικού σπιτιού, με το παραδοσιακό κρεβάτι, την κασέλα, τα στρωσίδια και την παιδική κούνια.
Στόχος του μουσείου είναι να συνεχίσει να συγκεντρώνει και να διαφυλάττει τα υλικά κατάλοιπα του λαϊκού πολιτισμού της περιοχής. Παράλληλα, φιλοξενώντας εκδηλώσεις και εικαστικά δρώμενα που εμπνέονται από τη λαογραφία, δεν περιορίζεται στην απλή προβολή της παράδοσης, αλλά προχωράει στην ανάδειξη της διαχρονικότητας της, αλλά και της δυνατότητάς της να εξελίσσεται στο χρόνο.
