The beach, offers a view of Delos and the channel between Mykonos and Delos. It is the beach with the most famous festival of the island, at the end of September. Α beach with excellent taverns for lunch, with many villas and four large hotel units. The beach is recommended for those who want relaxation during their swimming. Water sports, but almost impossible to find umbrellas available at the hotels and restaurants located on the beach.

The road is asphalt and in perfect condition. Only 3.4 km From the town of Mykonos. There is a small square at the end of the road with limited parking spots.

The beach is just before Ornos Beach and at 2.5 km after Mykonos Town. There is a precisely positioned north and in conjunction with the shape of the island result to all of the floating garbage coming from the wider marine area,end up there. The beach is a natural paradise for windsurf lovers because there is a lot of tension in the air remain stable while the shallow depths of favours creating waves, specifically for endless leaps and waveriding! Finally, the ramp hauling - lifting vessels that exists in western edge of the beach is the benchmark for a quick trip to Delos and the nearby beaches.
From the main Mykonos Town to Ornos, an asphalt road takes you to Korfos, the road is in great condition.

Protected by wind Ornos beach located south of Korfos, with regular transportation, and a significant number of hotels and restaurants. It is a small fishing harbor makes it perfect for anchorage for yachts. Ornos is one of the most busy and "family" beaches of the island located in the southwest part of it. The area of Ornos it has now developed into a tourist village. The beach is at the back of a large and fairly safe Ornos bay, facing south.

From the beach of Ornos, boats leave to the other southern beaches of Mykonos (including Platis Gialos).

Road access to Ornos is either by the new Ring Road or by the provincial road Mykonos Town - Ag.Ioannis route. Roads are asphalt and in excellent condition. Parking is an issue during high season as there are limited spaces in privately owned parking spots.

The small beach next to Agios Ioannis beach is Kapari. It remains one of the «secrets» of those who know where to go for swim when they want to remain unnoticed . It is also one of the favourite beaches of celebrities. The beach has wide stretch with thin sand and the most amazing view of Delos island. Enjoy the sunset.

You can reach there easily to a certain point by car, but then you have to walk downhill in a very, steep path.
